This role will support the Digital Health team with scheduling, travel and conference participation. In addition to the below, the Project Administrative Assistant will also update and maintain website information, assist with contracts and support workgroups and alliances.
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing routine clerical and administrative functions for the Leavitt Partners division. This includes drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing expense reports, coordinating travel, supporting meeting and event logistics, maintaining calendars, and assisting with special projects. This role will support the Digital Health team with scheduling, travel and conference participation. In addition to the below, the Project Administrative Assistant will also update and maintain website information, assist with contracts and support workgroups and alliance.
Work Performed
1. Reception and Visitor Management
a. Manage front desk and greet visitors.
2. Administrative Support
a. Assist with expense report preparation for colleagues.
b. Maintain Outlook calendars and schedule meetings or appointments as directed.
3. Travel Coordination
a. Coordinate travel logistics with the travel department and manage itineraries for assigned colleagues.
4. Event Planning
a. Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of events to ensure smooth logistics.
5. All other duties as assigned.
Education/Training
Minimum of an associate degree in business or related discipline is preferred but not required. High school diploma is required.
Experience
Minimum 1 years of experience in event management and/or supporting multiple executives preferred.
